Terms of use

These terms set the boundary for the public website, fictional demo and any account made available for prototype evaluation.

01

Acceptance and prototype status

By using the website or an evaluation account, you agree to these terms. RubblePass is an early-stage prototype and may change, contain errors, be unavailable or withdraw a feature. A separate signed agreement controls if it expressly replaces these public terms for a pilot or customer workspace.

02

Permitted use

  • Use the public website to learn about RubblePass and use the fictional demo for evaluation.
  • Use an authenticated workspace only for the organization, project and purpose for which access was granted.
  • Provide information you are authorized to share and take reasonable steps to keep it accurate and appropriately classified.
  • Protect account credentials and notify RubblePass if you suspect unauthorized access.
03

Prohibited use

  • Do not attempt to access another workspace, account, private record or restricted system.
  • Do not introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, scrape it at unreasonable scale or bypass a security control.
  • Do not upload unlawful content or information you lack permission to use.
  • Do not present a prototype screen, scenario output, listing, evidence level or passport as an official certification or verified outcome when it is not.
04

Accounts, organizations and roles

You are responsible for activity under your account. Organization owners are responsible for authorizing members, assigning suitable roles and removing access when it is no longer needed. RubblePass may suspend access to protect the service, investigate misuse or comply with law.

05

Evidence and professional responsibility

Users decide what source material to provide and what a recorded claim supports. Evidence levels describe the support attached in RubblePass; they do not replace professional scope, inspection, laboratory testing, permits, contracts or statutory records. Unknown or suspected hazards require appropriate specialist action.

06

Exchange and material passports

A listing, match, message, reservation, QR code or passport is an information and coordination record. It is not a warranty of ownership, legality, quality, quantity, availability, price, fitness for purpose, transport, payment or final acceptance. Participants must perform their own diligence and document their agreement.

07

Intellectual property and feedback

RubblePass and its licensors retain rights in the website, product, branding and software. You retain rights you have in content you submit and grant the permissions reasonably needed to host and process it for the authorized workflow. If you provide feedback, RubblePass may use it to improve the product without an obligation to incorporate it.

08

Availability and disclaimers

The public website and prototype are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. RubblePass does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free calculations, a successful match, impact, savings, revenue, compliance or a particular project outcome. Do not rely on the service where failure could create a safety-critical decision.

09

Liability and governing terms

Any enforceable limitations, governing law, venue, service levels, confidentiality and commercial liability for a live pilot or customer engagement must be set in the applicable signed agreement. Nothing in these public terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the prototype develops. The revision date will change when a new public version is posted. Stop using the service if you do not agree to the revised terms, and use the contact page for questions.
