About RubblePass

We want material decisions to happen before buildings become mixed waste.

RubblePass is an early-stage construction technology venture developing a shared evidence and coordination layer for pre-demolition material recovery.

The current product is a TRL 3 prototype under validation. Public examples and figures are synthetic unless a page explicitly says otherwise.

The problem

Useful information arrives too late—or remains disconnected.

Buildings contain reusable components and recoverable materials, but the people who assess, own, remove, receive and regulate them often work from separate records and different timelines.

Information gap

The building is not an inventory

Drawings and asset records rarely provide a current, decision-ready account of material condition, quantity and removability.

Trust gap

A claim needs evidence

A material label alone cannot support a reuse route. Source, uncertainty, condition, hazards and review status matter.

Market gap

Recovery needs coordination

Potential supply must meet a recipient’s requirements, timing, logistics and final acceptance process.

Our approach

Connect the record, the decision and the handoff.

  1. 01

    Capture

Create a structured material inventory before demolition.

    Site + documents
  2. 02

    Qualify

Record evidence strength, uncertainty and reasons a route may be blocked.

    Human review
  3. 03

    Coordinate

Share permissioned batches with suitable recipients and document conditions.

    Multi-party
  4. 04

    Verify

Close the loop with custody, receipt and final acceptance records.

    Outcome evidence

How we work

Ambitious about the system. Precise about the evidence.

RubblePass is founder-led and is preparing structured validation with practitioners in Istanbul. We publish the current maturity of the product because a credible circular platform should not confuse a prototype, a scenario or a conversation with verified market adoption.

Start with evidence

Help test the decision workflow with real constraints.

We are looking for scoped validation conversations with asset owners, contractors, assessors, recovery facilities, buyers and public-sector programme teams.
