Data progression
RubblePass does not convert an early estimate into a verified outcome by changing a label. Every state change requires a traceable event or review decision.
The assessor records visible conditions, dimensions and source documents. Unknowns remain visible.
The inventory shows P10, P50 and P90 quantities with the assumptions and coefficient version used.
An authorized reviewer accepts, edits, rejects or requests additional evidence. Hazard or structural questions create a block.
Eligible routes are compared against condition, evidence, timing, distance and destination capability.
Collection, weighing, delivery and destination acceptance create the evidence required for a verified outcome.
Built-in boundaries
The platform is designed to organize decisions, not to make unsupported safety or regulatory declarations.
A possible hazard, unknown contamination state, conflicting evidence or required professional review blocks automatic reuse and publication paths.
RubblePass can record professional evidence, but it does not certify that a component is structurally safe for reuse.
Ranges support planning. They do not guarantee measured quantities, a buyer, a facility acceptance decision or a commercial return.
Projected environmental and commercial values remain separate from accepted weights, destination evidence and verified custody outcomes.
