Responsible AI

AI may assist the record. It does not become the authority.

RubblePass is designed so machine suggestions remain distinguishable from source evidence and accountable human decisions.

AI-assisted features are optional prototype capabilities. Availability may vary, and no AI output should be treated as engineering, hazardous-material, legal or regulatory advice.

Permitted assistance

Use automation where it makes review clearer—not where it hides responsibility.

Assistive

Organize information

Suggest a material category, extract candidate fields or summarize a document for reviewer attention.

Review prompt

Flag inconsistencies

Point to missing fields, conflicting quantities or evidence that may not support the selected status.

Traceable

Explain the basis

Show the source, rule or input behind a suggestion wherever the system can provide it.

Review sequence

A suggestion has to earn its place in the record.

  1. 01

    Source

A person adds a document, image or structured observation.

    Recorded input
  2. 02

    Suggest

An enabled model proposes a field, flag or summary.

    Machine output
  3. 03

    Inspect

A user compares the suggestion with the source and context.

    Human review
  4. 04

    Accept or reject

The user decides what enters the working record.

    Attributable action
  5. 05

    Professional gate

A qualified reviewer decides what the evidence supports.

    Final authority

Hard boundaries

Some decisions must never be delegated to a model.

No hazard clearance

AI cannot clear suspected asbestos, lead, contamination or any other safety concern.

No structural certification

AI cannot approve dismantling, reuse, load-bearing performance or fitness for purpose.

No invented evidence

A model-generated statement is not a document, test, observation, custody event or professional sign-off.

No silent promotion

AI cannot raise an evidence level or turn a projected outcome into a verified one.

No autonomous market commitment

AI cannot accept a listing, reservation, price, contract, delivery or material batch on a participant’s behalf.

No unnecessary disclosure

Private locations, personal data and sensitive project content should not be sent to an AI service without an approved purpose and configuration.
