What the demo is for

The demo illustrates how a team could move from a pre-demolition inventory through evidence review, route coordination, a material listing, a reservation and a versioned passport. It is suitable for product exploration and conversation, not for making a live project decision.

What the demo does not prove

• It does not prove that a real building has been surveyed or that the stated materials exist.
• It does not represent a real customer, partner, municipality, contractor, facility, buyer or pilot.
• It does not show measured diversion, emissions reduction, revenue, savings or commercial transactions.
• It does not certify material quality, condition, hazardous-material status, structural performance, compliance or fitness for purpose.

Quantity and scenario figures

Demo quantities and P10, P50 and P90 ranges are generated from fictional inputs and stated assumptions. Any circularity, value or climate indicator is an illustrative scenario output, not a verified outcome. The Methodology page explains the status and evidence language used in the prototype.

Fictional project privacy

The demo avoids a real exact site address and does not require a visitor to sign in. Names and contact details shown inside the scenario should not be interpreted as real identities. A public QR sample opens only the fictional passport.

No production activity

Actions in the public demo do not send real messages, reserve real material, create a contract, schedule transport, process payment, notify a regulator or update a live customer workspace. Where an interaction is simulated, the interface should keep that status visible.

Using screenshots or figures

If you quote or share the public demo, keep the “fictional” and “synthetic” labels with the screenshot or figure. Do not present demo content as field evidence, a customer result or a verified RubblePass impact claim.

Report a confusing label

If a demo screen appears to blur the line between fictional, projected and verified information, use the contact page and include the page address and the wording you observed.
