How it works

Make material decisions while the building is still understandable.

RubblePass begins before demolition. The workflow records what is known, shows what is uncertain, routes safety questions to qualified people, and carries approved information forward into recovery coordination and custody evidence.

The process can run without AI. Automated suggestions remain unapproved until a person with the right role reviews them.

Seven-stage evidence trail

Every stage produces a named record and a responsible next action.

  1. 01

    Capture the building

Record building type, area, zones, components, photographs, plans, access notes and the source of each observation.

    Assessor
  2. 02

    Build the inventory

Group materials by zone or component and calculate planning ranges rather than a false-precision single quantity.

    P10 / P50 / P90
  3. 03

    Check evidence and hazards

Identify missing documents, unknown conditions, possible hazards and structural claims that require qualified review.

    Gate
  4. 04

    Approve or revise

An authorized reviewer accepts, edits, rejects or requests changes, with a reason and evidence references preserved.

    Human decision
  5. 05

    Compare recovery routes

Evaluate reuse, testing, refurbishment, recycling, storage, specialist treatment and controlled disposal against the current evidence.

    Decision support
  6. 06

    Coordinate a match

Share eligible batches with an internal network, selected partners or the public exchange using a generalized location and availability window.

    Permissioned
  7. 07

    Trace custody

Create a passport and append collection, weighing, transfer, delivery and acceptance events. Verified totals begin only when the required evidence exists.

Responsibilities

Software, assessors and professionals each have a different role.

RubblePass organizes

The platform structures evidence, calculates transparent ranges, checks workflow rules and records decisions and custody events.

Assessors observe

Assessors capture field information, identify missing evidence, revise draft material lines and submit the record for review.

Qualified people decide

Engineers, laboratories, authorized facilities and applicable authorities remain responsible for their professional, safety and regulatory decisions.
